When Should I Expect My Package To Arrive?

The timing of your package can be affected by many factors, from delays, to route changes, etc.  The biggest factor most of all is where you are located and whether or not you are in a remote area.  Since we cover all of California, delivery time can range from 8am to 8pm.  We are based in Southern California, so if you are in Northern California, it’s most likely your package will arrive later in the day.

The best way to truly understand the delivery time of your package is over time.  As you order more frequently, be sure to take note of the time of delivery, and you’ll start to learn the time frames in your area.

When Do I Receive My Tracking Info?

We process & fulfill our orders Monday-Friday between noon and 3pm,  so you should be receiving your tracking information within this time frame.

If your order came in past our 3pm deadline, then it will be processed on the following business day.

Is My Order Guaranteed to be Delivered

We strive to meet exceptional standards in next day delivery, however, because overnight shipping is such a small window of time to work with, there can be unforeseeable elements that can cause delays such as weather, traffic, road construction, and other elements out of our control.  Because of this, we cannot guarantee overnight delivery, but our rate of success is good!  Please understand as well, that we using a shipping service, and delays that occur are beyond our control!

*Please note: Remote or rural areas do have a higher chance of delivery delays, because of shipment routing.  Please consider this and understand the chances of possible delay if you order.

How fast do I get my order?

We provide next business day shipping, on orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday.  All orders need to be PAID before they can be fulfilled and sent out.  All orders place after 3pm Friday and during the weekend will be sent out the following Monday.  Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 48 hours.

Do You Ship on Weekends?

We do not ship on weekends.  All orders place after the 3PM cutoff on Friday and during weekends will be shipped out on Monday for overnight delivery on Tuesday.

Is my signature required?

By default, signature is not required for delivery.  However, we can require a signature by request, just let us know and we’ll set it up in your shipping account.

NOTE:  All orders over $5000 will automatically be required to have a signature, so please note that, and be sure to be present to receive it.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes. We can ship to other addresses other than your registered address. However, by law & under our online collective terms and agreement, you MUST be present at the address you have registered in your account.

How do I know when my order has arrived?

Every order comes with a separate email notification, one for the shipping that will include your tracking info, and another that will notify you that it has been delivered.

Also, drivers typically ring the bell when the drop the package off.

Unpaid Orders Cancellation Policy

Once you have placed your order with us, payment must also be submitted before we can fulfill.  If you missed the payment step when placing your order, there is also a link that can be found in your order confirmation email.

NOTE: For accounting and inventory purposes, orders that are left unpaid after 24 hours will be CANCELLED, and you’ll have to submitted another order into our system.

Can I Have My Friend Pay The Order For Me?

For security reasons,  you, the patient, must be the one submitting payment for your order.  If we see a payment from someone else, we will have to flag your order and get in contact with you.  This could delay the processing of your order.

Is There a Minimum Order?

Nope! Cannabis Bud Shop  does  require a minimum order on Certain product, so please always make sure to check product detail before placing an order.  However, we do offer free shipping for orders over $500!

Refund Policy

If you have an paid order that has not been shipped out yet and you need to cancel,  please contact us immediately so we can stop the order and issue a refund.

Please note, that refunds can take 2-3 business days to process.

All transactions are final for orders that have already been fulfilled and shipped.
